I’ve deleted and reinstalled numerous times and as soon as I try to log in, the app crashes. I bought an Aria 2 a week ago and cannot use it as I cannot sync it to my app. Have a Charge 3, iPhone XS with IOS13 and latest Fitbit app. Please help!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the app crashes when you try to log in. Thank you uninstalling and reinstalling the app and for making sure the app is updated to the latest version. I recommend to restart your phone and then try to log back in.
