Food log not working properly

Food registration not working properly . Select food from list, goes to item , select and save. Instead of going back to lists of food it goes to the custom food page. Very annoying

Thanks for sharing detailed information about the food log feature. I understand how you're feeling about this situation, I'll be here to help you out. Since you mentioned to have had this issue after tapping on save, could you please confirm that the option "Save and add more" wasn't selected? I'm asking this as when this option is selected, it's expected to be back on the custom food page to continue logging more food.

 

Now, if this happened when tapping on the "Save" option at the upper right corner, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  4. Tap on the food log tile and try entering your details one more time.
