I had period tracking back to January and it’s all gone now. Now the app crashes when I try to open the period tracking.

I thought mine was lost too but when I scroll scroll scroll I can find it again. It opens up to the day I was born on the calendar hah.

Mine does the same thing! Scrolling through my first 42 years of life takes forever.

Glad to see I’m not the only one having this issue. In the beginning it worked fine and had the current date. Now, it always opens up on my birth year calendar meanwhile at the bottom it shows the correct date. It’s really frustrating and irritating because I actually love my Fitbit but something like that shouldn’t be an issue in my opinion. I’ve tried syncing the watch multiple times, deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling. I really don’t know what else to do to try and fix this issue.

When I try to submit a request about this issue technical support is having problems and it won’t send. How convenient 😂

Hello everyone, thanks for your participation in the Community.
Thanks for the details shared in your posts. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and appreciate your efforts to resolve this. Our team has started releasing a new version of the Fitbit app (3.41) and I recommend updating the app once you see it available as updates come with new features and bug fixes. You can confirm the steps to update the app in How do I update the Fitbit app?
Hope this helps.
