App crashes when syncing my device.

I am using a fitbit versa. When I try to async anything to my fitbit app(v2.79) in an iPhone 6s within iOS 12, the app crashes immediately. Does anyone have the same the problem, and anyone know how to fix this? I hope this bug can be fixed in the next update.

Am using an Ionic and after the IOS 2.79 update, I could manage to do a single Sync since then, the app always crashes 5 seconds into the Syncing process. Really frustrated...

Hello @FluffyJeffrey and @JanHess, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you both on board! Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having taken the time to report this situation to us. At this moment I would like to suggest you some troubleshooting steps:

  • Force-quit the app, then restart your phone. After that, open the app and if it's still crashing:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
