When I use the Fitbit app and tap on the steps tab, the app crashes immediately. This happens consistently. I am using iOS 15.2 on an iPhone 13, and this issue also occurred on an iPhone 11 with the same OS a week ago. Also, I’m using the most current version of the app, 3.52.1. Is there a way to report this issue directly to Fitbit or is posting to the forums the best solution?

Hi there, @Chrisboy.
Thanks for confirming your phone's model and keeping the Fitbit app updated. I'm sorry the issue persists on your new phone and just to confirm, does the same happen when checking other stats such as distance, exercise or sleep? In case you haven't done so, please give a try to the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
- Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
- Then tap on the steps tile to check your details.
