I use charge2.  When I try to open my Fitbit app on my iPhone 5s opens for a very short time and the screen goes to bac to my phones home screen immediately   Not able to track my app pl can u help me thanks

Thanks for letting me know about this issue. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please check if the app is still running in the background after it crashes by double tapping the home button on your phone. If the app is running in the background, swipe it up to force-close it and then open it again. 

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this situation has caused. I appreciate your patience and understanding, if the app keeps crashing constantly please reply to me with the app version currently installed in your phone (which you can check in the App Store) and the current iOS version of your phone. Additionally, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
