Fitbit screen freezes on IPhone. Have to delete and reinstall app

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. Have you tried clearing the cache on your phone? If the issue persists, please let me know your phone's model and OS version so I can further investigate. Does the app freezes when you do something specific in the app?
