App icon shows notifications

Hi. How do you remove the notifications Red Symbol on the icon.  I’ve checked messages updates etc but it remains

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:

1. Log out of the Fitbit app.
2. Force quit the app.
3. Restart your phone. 
4. Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists.
