I've been using the Flex 2 for over a week. Yesterday it just started looking for the Flex 2 and won't sync.

Turning off the phone and/or Bluetooth does not work.

@RayhneS  Have you tried restarting the Flex 2?  Also, you may under bluetooth settings, telling the Phone to "Forget this Device".  Then try syncing again.

@RayhneS  No - if you remove from bluetooth connection on your phone, you will not lose any data.

Hello @RayhneS, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Hi @Kmransom123, thanks for joining us, and thank you for your input on this situation. Smiley Happy

@RayhneS, as @Kmransom123 suggested, please restart your Flex 2 and try to sync once again. If it's still not syncing, I would like to suggest the following:

  • Restart your phone as well.
  • Forceclose the app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
  • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the syncing process.
  • Try to set up your tracker as a new device (without removing it from the account):
    1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
    2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
    4. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be useful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted, I'll be happy to help! Smiley Wink
