If you're seeing a loading wheel while trying to log in, but you're able to log in to your online Dashboard, my suggestion would be going to your phone Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, go to the Fitbit app and try to log in. If your tracker is still not syncing after logging in, please check @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven very helpful for many members in the Community.
