On waking up this morning and trying to sync so I could track my sleep, screen on app says I may need to update as may no longer be compatible with my Alta HR - click on link and it takes me to App Store but there is no update, I appear to have latest version (updated a week ago from what I can see) Can’t connect to app to sync at all, just keeps going to the screen saying to update.

@Purpleness The current version of the app is v.3.13. You can verify this by tapping on your profile picture to go to tour Account page, then tap on Help.
My first recommendation when an app behave badly is to delete it, then reinstall it from the App Store. Your Alta HR store several days of data and you don't lose unsynced data by doing this.

Thanks, I had the latest version, that is why it was puzzling me, but it seems to have sorted itself now. Very strange but if happens again I will follow your advice re deleting/reinstalling app. Thank you.

@Purpleness I'm glad that things just sorted themselves out. Keep the advice in mind because it's a good first choice when good apps do bad things.
@BadKarma24 I should have included you in my first response. Did you try this suggestion?
