I have a goal set for 3 days per week. Within the last two weeks, my days haven’t been updating automatically like it used to. Usually, once I hit the designated minutes it automatically marks the day as exercise complete. I have over an hour of exercise completed for today and it shows in the duration but not in the days of exercise.

Hi @twinrob2020. Welcome. It's good that the community is growing!
Thanks for sharing that your exercise goal isn't updating correctly. To work on this together, may I know if the rest of your data (steps, distance, heart rate, etc) is syncing with the Fitbit app? Also, have you made sure to update the Fitbit app to the latest version?
I'd recommend to log out from the Fitbit app, force quit the app, reboot your phone, open the Fitbit app, log back in and sync your Fitbit to update your details. If the issue persists, please take one screenshot of the weekly exercise tile which isn't updating, as well take a screenshot of the completed exercises that appear in the Fitbit app. You can attach a file in your reply by following the steps from this post.
I'll be around, keep me posted.
