I have now had FOUR unproductive Support Chats on my problem, which came on suddenly after a long time of successful Versa Lite usage. I have the Fitbit IOS App's "unresponsive blank white screen" problem which is prominent on Google and VERY prominently discussed in these Fitbit support forums during 2017, 2018, 2019, and early 2020. However I can't find a solution posted.
I have updated my iPad 2 from IOS 13.4.1 to the latest IOS 13.5, to no avail, and I have updated my Fitbit App to the latest 3.22 version, again to no avail. And I have turned everything on the iPad 2 on and off several times, including Bluetooth and Wifi. I can't reinstall the app itself because it is completely unresponsive, with no on-screen links - just a white box. And you can't re-install it through the App Store.
Question: With this problem SO OLD and SO WELL KNOWN then why can't someone help me???? Anyone who has worked in Support for a substantial period of time must recognize this well-known problem.
I am disabled by disease and I rely on my Fitbit App to monitor and treat trends in my heartrate. I REALLY need this working again, and soon. Please.

OK solved by deleting and re-installing the App.

I have the very same problem. I think the problem is with the apple IOS update which has crashed the app as I have other apps that also do the same.
