The app isn’t loading correctly. It freezes with the sleep score and I have to relaunch it. The period cycle tracker has dates of 1980. It’s been like this for a while now and unsure what the issue is. I have updated it. And there are still multiple problems with it. Doesn’t seem like a very user friendly app anymore.

Ugh it’s been a month and these are still crashing!! When I click period tracker it goes to the month and year of my birth and won’t let me edit. sleep tracking is not available at all it just freezes when I click on it. Can’t wait till I need new watch, switching to Apple so all my tracking are on one app and so it’s compatible with my Noom tracking

I’m having the same problem with the period tracker!!! It’s so annoying that it starts up all the way back to your birth year and then I have to scroll all the way down every time to get to today’s date. I hope they fix this soon

yes, it is definitely extremely annoying when trying to edit or look at the period tracker calendar..(And while I love “wheel of fortune”, I have no desire to practice my “spin the wheel” skills, when using this app.)

I’m having these exact same issues with female health and sleep tracking, each month something else seems to go wrong with Fitbit (app and watch!). Used to love it but starting to lose that now, it’s feeling less and less reliable.
Do you know when the IOS update for these fixes will be?

Since it would be under the same topic or code, it would be nice if you could add a ‘pregnant’ or ‘pregnancy’ feature. That way I didn’t have to keep correcting the app when it was telling me I should be getting my period soon.. at 7 months pregnant.

Thank you for the details mentioned, I understand that this can be very frustrating and appreciate your feedback. I would like to advise that our team has started releasing a new version of the Fitbit app (3.41) and I recommend updating the app once you see it available as updates come with new features and bug fixes. You can confirm the steps to update the app in How do I update the Fitbit app?
You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app as some users found this helpful.
Hope this helps.

Having the exact same issue. My Period Tracker is also showing 1980! Very frustrating.

I have been having the same period tracker issue. It goes to birth year rather then current day. I am on the current version of the app (as of today April 28).
Food tracker also likes to not load, or not load normally half the time.
This app seems to be getting more and more moody.

I'm using 3.41.1. For the past couple of versions (maybe the past month or so) I've been frustrated by the sleep tracking app performance. While the app doesn't crash it does take a long time to load and view sleep data. When I touch on sleep information widget I wait 15 seconds or so for it to load the Sleep data. Today's data takes another 15-30 seconds to load after that. I usually touch the icons and then do something else and come back to it to keep from getting frustrated the slowness.

For #2, I want to make sure I understand why I'm doing this. Is the Fitbit app using Safari as a browser to perform app functions?

Hello, I have update the app to the latest version. When I enter the menstrual calendar view the entire app freezes. I have logged out and logged back in. I have restarted. Nothing seems to be helping.
Thanks
