Hello,
when trying to start a workout it keeps vibrating and saying Launch Fitbit App. I’ve tried opening the app, turning the phone off and on, checking location details etc but it just won’t connect for ages then randomly will!! Very frustrating when you want to track your route etc.
Any ideas please?

@Piersjm Welcome to the Fitbit Community. I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.
I moved your post to this board, because it's more related to the topic. I see where your frustration is coming from.
Please make sure you're doing this procedure to start a workout using MobileRun on your Fitbit app. If you're but still getting this message, try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Force quit it
- Restart your phone
- Log back in and try to start a workout
Hope this helps.

Nope, still doesn’t work! I’m not sure that I’m going to be a product ambassador for Fitbit at this rate.

@Piersjm Thank you for sharing details about your phone.
In this case, I'd like you to confirm if you're getting this message on your Fitbit Inspire 2 or on your Fitbit app. It seems the photo wasn't attached to your reply, try following these steps to attach it.
Hope this helps.
