I have lost the step count on my ISO app completely, is there anyway to get it back? Also my wife's Fitbit Charge is off from the app workout tracker by nearly half a mile.

Hi there @Issuse! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 

Let me help you out with this, I recommend you checking this thread that I was moderating, you will find the instructions  with snapshots to add the tiles back on the iOS app.

No this did not help, the app is on my iPhone. The steps row just dropped off, there is no row when I hit the edit key.

Hey there @Issuse thanks for the update my friend! Cat WinkI'd like to know if you have a tracker paired to your account or if you're wearing MobileTrack feature? Also, have you updated your iOS app to the latest version and try logging out and logging back in into the app?
