App locks up on sleep feature

Never had this problem with the app until I changed from a charge 2 to a charge 3 yesterday. Now whenever I hit my sleep time and look at my sleep, the app locks up, every time. Tried uninstall and reinstall, that didn’t change anything. Is this a “wait till it’s patched” situation?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this occurring just with the sleep information or with other tiles too? Which iOS mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
3. Make sure that the iOS version is up to date.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
6. Login using your account credentials.

Tried the items your list, it is rebooting the phone that clears it and I can gain access to sleep again and seems to work ok for a large part of the day and then the freeze recurs.

This has happened two days in a row and again this morning.

Sleep oxygen variation data is sometimes there, most of the time not there, I’m guessing that is still in testing server side.
