App login not working keeps saying something went wrong

I deleted Fitbit app and reinstalled it, restarted my phone and when I load the app and try to login using google it goes to something went wrong screen. I tried using old method via Fitbit login and I get a server error. I’ve deleted app, reinstalled and restarted my phone a few times and still same problem.

Hi @shortytari.  I can't log in, either.  It looks like Fitbit is down.  Others are having trouble, too.  Downdetector -- Fitbit

@shortytari and @Melody8201 you can use this website to monitor status of the Fitbit app and see when it is working again.

I am having a lot of trouble. The app is online, but my watch keeps blanking out every time I go into the weather app.

@Xavambr   You have a completely different issue, as this thread is from the solved Fitbit outage.  You are describing a device issue.  Please tart a new thread in the appropriate device forum and add more details.

Hi, 

I had the same issue but still can’t connect to my Charge 6. I have unpaired it and now tried pairing it but my phone doesn’t find it.
