What happened to the activity?
Where are my challenges?
Where’s my sleep data?
Who changed the app?
it appears that i can only show “calories burned” instead of my number of steps on the activity home page
i am in a challenge with friends and that disappeared after the app updated.
Please fix it and/or change it back
thanks for reading

Hello all, thank you for your participation in the forums and for sharing your experiences with the app missing data. I am sorry for the delayed response.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand that this can be very frustrating and appreciate your efforts to resolve this issue. I would like to advise that this outage has now been resolved. The Fitbit app should now be up and running normally.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Best AnswerSame with me.
I was in the middle of the workout and was checking my steps at 10:58 CDT and then again at 11:00pm and it literally disappeared on my screen in the middle of my sync. I have a flex 2, so the app is the only place I can see my steps... if they take that away, I might as well stop using the product. Sad.
Best AnswerSame is happening to me at 9pm pacific. I tried removing the app and re-downloaded the app, but it still is not working.
Best AnswerI’m not seeing anything except white and the discover icon.
Mine was back to working, but it is gone again. I deleted and redownloaded the app after logging out and then trying to log back in and it just comes up saying oops something went wrong when I try to enter my password. And the same message appeared after redownloading it.
Same here. No calories, no steps, no floors, just the number of days of exercise and weight. Dashboard seems to be okay but is slow to load. Must be a server issue.
I have to say up till now I've defended Fitbit, mostly against all odds given the issues being reported and the fact I swapped my Charge 4 for a 3 due to several issues, but I'm beginning to lose faith.
