App missing data after update

What happened to the activity?

Where are my challenges?

Where’s my sleep data?
Who changed the app?

it appears that i can only show “calories burned” instead of my number of steps on the activity home page

i am in a challenge with friends and that disappeared after the app updated.

Please fix it and/or change it back

And everything is back, server restart?

My app has done this twice in the past hour and a half. It crashed with only calories then only showed the discover button, after 50 minutes came back for 10 minutes to only crash and be off another half hour or so and come back on just now. This is insane and kind of annoying.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand that this can be very frustrating and appreciate your efforts to resolve this issue. I would like to advise that this outage has now been resolved. The Fitbit app should now be up and running normally.

This happened to me... then it slowly updated but they still took away are daily steps which makes no sense!

 

Update:

 

You can see your daily steps? How did you fix it? Because to me it looks like they redesigned the app but that is nowhere in their notes.

Nope, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still no daily steps. Did you take the function away in the app because I'm not sure what the point of having a fitbit would be if we can't actively see our steps.

If you continue experiencing difficulties with the app, please try the following:

 

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Force quit the app and check if it is updated to the latest version by following these steps.
  3. Restart your phone. 
  4. Log into the Fitbit app and check if the issue persists.

Hi! I am in one of the “All for One Challenges” and a weekend warrior challenge. They were on my dashboard this morning and now this evening they are gone. I didn’t quit, nor did I delete them. I was very excited to be apart of the all for one. Please help.

 

I have deleted/reinstalled the app, powered down/restarted my phone, and force quit. I hope you can help.
