Hi Fitbit, According to your site the ipod touch 5th generation supports the app for minimum of ios 9 or newer. Is this no longer the case? Our daughters just got fitbit aces for Christmas and have ipod touch 5th generations but when trying to download the fitbit app on their devices in the app store it says item no longer available.
Here is the page on the site I am referencing:https://www.fitbit.com/devices#ipod_touch_5th_gen
Thank you!

Hello @doldham, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that with the app update released on 10/27 iOS 9 is no longer supported by the Fitbit app. You can check the release notes on this post. I would like to suggest you to use a different mobile device to set up the devices. You can find a complete list of the models on this help article.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
