i had started to track a walk in the app. I had paused for about 5 min and then it wouldn't restart. Cant open exercise or log food, see sleep statistics. I can't access the premium section. It's like it's not responding to touch. nothing is opening. Have restarted phone, off and on bluetooth, and all my info is ok and online at Fitbit.com. App not responding

I lost the calorie food counter part of my app. All the other things on the menu are there sleep water heartbeat track your exercise

female health & weight. I logged out, restarted phone, but it did not return. I am hesitant to remove and reinstall the app because my daughter has the dongle I set this Charge HR 1 with.  I plan on buying a new one at the end of the month, but till then I really depend on that selection

Hi, thanks for replying. I tried all of the advice but it didn't help. I eventually uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It is all good now and working fine and all my previous data is still there.

I really like my Charge HR. Since my heart failure and stents two years ago, it has been my lifeline to logging everything. I was so pleased to get the calorie counter back. My birthday is soon, and I think I would like the

Charge HR 4.  Waterproof would be a great asset. Again thanks for the help

I absolutely love it! The clock face is larger and easier to read, for an
older woman. It has so many nice new features! Thanks for the advice
