App not retaining info

My Ionic is sending info to my IOS app and I can see my current data for today. But the next day the info for the previous day is gone, as well as all previous days. It looks as though I’ve not worn the device or I’ve done nothing. Why is the app not retaining my info and stats? The device seems to be working fine and I receive notifications. It’s just a problem with the app. I’ve tried troubleshooting suggestions and they haven’t worked. Thx

Thanks for sharing that your Ionic is able to sync your information, although the Fitbit app doesn't show your details synced from previous days. This is something odd, but be sure that I'm here to help you. First, please make sure the OS and Fitbit app are updated to the latest version. Also, if you've not done so, I'd suggest to try the following:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.

2. Force quit the Fitbit app by swiping up from the open apps.

3. Reboot your phone.

4. Log back in to your Fitbit account and check your information.

It seems to be working now, but now the watch face is messed up. I downloaded one from the app, not knowing it was only for a 24 hour trial. Now it won’t show me any info unless I log in to a website and pay. How do I get the original watch face back? Thx

I'm glad that the Fitbit app is now showing your previous information. Regarding your inquiry, let me share that all apps and clock faces are free to download from the Gallery app, however some require a 1 activation fee in order to continue using them. I'd suggest to change the clock face and check the description so you can know whether a payment is required.
