Yesterday 6/1/21 my Fitbit app is not showing any stats on the tile, I’ve forced quite my brand new versa 2, it worked fine for a week, then I did the update & charged the watch then the app stopped working. I telephoned Fitbit support, the lady went through everything but still nothing helped. I’ve logged onto Fitbit.com even my dashboard doesn’t show all my stats, it’s displaying an oops message stating the internal server is having problems. The Fitbit customer service lady didn’t know about this, and made me feel it was just my device/app. My phone is apple XR & up to date as is the versa which is now 1 week old. Can anyone help me please.

I’m so disappointed with this device. I’ve been using Fitbit since Fitbit one, sadly I tried to reinstall my old Fitbit versa which was working fine I just wanted to update. That won’t sync either, so I’m currently using the faulty versa 2 which doesn't even tell the correct time. !! I really hope my new watch arrives ASAP & I don’t have any further issues.
