App not showing heart rate or steps.

I received my Fitbit charge 3 yesterday. Managed to download the app with no issues. Today the app is completely different not showing my heart rate,steps etc. I’ve deleted the app reinstalled it. I’ve switched my phone off and the Bluetooth too. Still nothing to what it was. It’s not showing up that it’s connected to the Bluetooth although the Bluetooth has been switched on! My daughter got the same one and hers has been fine.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums, for having taken the time to report this situation and for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of your app Dashboard? This will be very helpful for me to check this further.

Hi,

   I’ve not been able to connect my Fitbit charge 3 to my Bluetooth this keeps popping up every time I try to update my App. This has been like this for the past 4 days! Bluetooth is telling me to switch my Fitbit on! It’s on and I’ve tried everything deleting the Fitbit app and reinstalling it and the same message keeps popping up. I downloaded the app on my kindle and it’s saying that I need to switch my Bluetooth on when it’s already on. I’ve had the Fitbit for 8 days
