Unable to sync

I have had trouble  just recently syncing my Charge 2 with the Fitbit app. Had a surgery done recently and was not using my Fitbit for a couple of weeks. When I started using it again I noticed that it was no longer synced and have had issues syncing it.

Mine hasn’t synced for ever almost days and I’ve tried everything. I deleted app and rest phone and app and now I can’t even get my phone to connect to it to get it set back up on my app!! I’m about done with Fitbit!! This is my second one in 2 years and all I’ve had is problems!!
