App not showing resting bpm

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For the past few days my Fitbit app hasn’t been giving me my resting heart rate. It got down to 60bpm on March 3rd and hasn’t plotted any new points on the graph since then. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I’m using the iOS version.

The app is really not showing the resting bpm and I have experienced it also. The resting bpm is required to know the bpm but the Fitbit is not getting access to the ios devices.

Hello @Rsg214 and @tommyshelby, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to ask you to go to the heart rate tile and tap on it, then tap on the graph to make it larger and take a screenshot of what you're able to see here. Reply to us with said screenshot so we can check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.
