I just bought the iPhone 11 last week and my app now is not showing weekly progress. It says I need to turn on my Bluetooth but it is and has been on. Help, please.

Hi @Grann4ND. It's nice to have you on board!
Congrats on your new iPhone 11 and let me help you out with your inquiry about your details not displayed correctly. It seems that the Fitbit app hasn't yet been optimized to work with your phone's model and this might be the reason why you're getting that message. While we cannot guarantee its functionally, we can still troubleshoot the Fitbit app together. First of all, by weekly progress do you mean your details from the past days? If so, please give a try to the following steps:
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your iPhone 11 and any other device that isn't in use.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Turn on the Bluetooth just on your iPhone 11.
- Open the Fitbit app, sync and try checking your details.
Let me know how everything goes!
