App not syncing at all

I haven't been able to get my app to sync at all for 2 days!

First thing to try is to restart your phone and then restart your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries though as it doesn't always work.

They always recommend these procedures when it doesn't sync. In my case I need to either reinstall the app or reboot the surge every time I want to sync. For 200+€ you would expect a bit more...
