App not syncing

This is my weekly post that once again my Fitbit HR isnt syncing to the app. Is there an auto repopulate ticket? So I don’t have to do this SAME ticket every week? I’m getting really sick of this **ahem** not syncing while it’s on my arm, right next to my phone with the app open.

Thanks for letting me know that your Fitbit isn't syncing correctly and your efforts while working on this matter. I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry that you're having this experience. After contacting our Support team I was informed that you already have a case created and they're providing you assistance with this. You should be getting a reply soon.
