Hello. I got a Fitbit versa lite a little while ago. And recently I have noticed the quick replies feature. It’s not grayed out or anything and I know I can’t use it for iMessage but I read on the Fitbit community a moderator said you could respond to messages sent with the apps messaging feature. But when I get messages I don’t get the notification on my watch. I’m wondering how to fix this.

Hi @GamerconYoYt. Welcome to the forums.

Thanks for letting me know that the messages aren't appearing on your Fitbit. Before anything else, let me clarify that the quick replies option is available for Android to respond to any message. In the case of your iPhone, the quick replies will only work to reply back to Fitbit app messages, such as cheers or friend's message.

That said, since you mentioned that you're not getting notifications on your Fitbit, may I know if you have tried the steps from this help article? If so, please try one more time to remove your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings, verify if the Fitbit app is updated, reboot your phone and set the notifications one more time as described here.

I'll be around, keep me posted.
