My Versa is giving me an error message at least once a day saying that the Bluetooth connection is broken. I forget the connection and then the pairing is automatically initiated. Is there a way to fix the issue so that my connection is sustained and I can maintain automatic syncing?

The issue is the fitbit app and you really won't see the issue fixed until Fitbit properly addresses the issue with the app.
Part of the issue is that the app is unstable and full of bugs. You can fin fitbit's app update history here https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2025 here is a greater version history in the apple store description available here https://apps.apple.com/us/app/fitbit/id462638897. Version 3 of the app has been nothing but bug fixes and stability improvements.
The other part of the issue is that Apple made some changes into the way bluetooth devices connect. You can read about it here if you choose https://www.forbes.com/sites/kateoflahertyuk/2019/09/22/apple-ios-13-is-facebook-and-googles-worst-n... It does make you wonder why Facebook and Google were both bidding to buy Fitbit.
Garmin provided an update to their app to address the changes in bluetooth. Fitbit has yet to release such an update to the bluetooth and if they have it hasn't been disclosed.

Thanks! I made the update to the Fitbit software. I see the origin for the Bluetooth connection issue. I appreciate your help!
