App not updating

Over the weekend I accepted a colleague'S invitation to the Workweek Hustle. Last night I noticed that despite having walked 15,000 steps yesterday, this wasn't showing on the challenge (but was on the app). I tried updating, switching phone on and off etc. but nothing has worked.

 

This morning I've woken up to find that all my steps from Monday and Tuesday have vanished from the app and are set at 0. Any ideas what's wrong and how to fix it? Thanks.

In this case I recommend that you get in touch with our Support Team. They should be able to take a closer look at your account itself to determine what happened. I'm sure they will be happy to help you.
