MobileTrack not updating activity or leaderboards

Latest app update, iOS 10.12.2, iPhone 7+

 

Using MobileTrack it shows the data on the dashboiard, but no activity gets logged to my profile nor do I get placed on the 7 Day Steps leaderboard. Under MobileTrack under devices it says "Not synced yet". Trying  to manually sync shows a progress bar, and when it finishes still says "Not synced yet".

 

Why are you having so many issues with MobileTrack on the iPhone 7s?

I'd like to ask you some questions to better understand the reason why this is happening. When did you notice this started? Was it working differently before? Have you noticed any inconsistencies with the overall performance of MobileTrack?
