Hi,
I recently purhcased two firbit HR for my parents sent those devices to Bangladesh. I created two accounts for them using two different email ID and was able to sync those devices from US without any problem. However they are facing problem with those device from Bangladesh.
Problem:
using iOS or Android app, can't login to user account and sync device.
Things I have tried:
1. I changed the time zone from US to Bangladesh in both accounts.
2. if VPN is used from Bangladesh to fake the location then they can login without any problem.
3. iPad, iphone or Samsung phones are restarted multiple times and fitbit apps are uninstalled/installed. iPad has the latest iOS and fitbit app. Used VPN on iPad.
using VPN all the time is not an option, I did it for proof of concept.
Can anyone from firbit community please look into this issue?

I'd like to ask you some questions so that I can get a better understanding of the issue. Are your parents getting any specific error message whenever they try to sync their Fitbits? If so, what does it say? Are they using Wi-Fi, or a data plan on those devices?
