App not working

The tab buttons ( track exercise, log food, etc)on the app do not always work for me… When I am walking, they will close and I will not be able to go into track my exercise . I can still track my steps but anything on the tab I can’t get into.Every day I have to delete the app and put it back on so I can track my exercise, track my eating,etc anyone else having this issue?

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you're experiencing with the tiles in the Fitbit app not working. Thanks for trying to resolve this and sharing that deleting/uninstalling the app helps, I appreciate the additional details and I am glad to assist you. Thank you for your feedback, our team is always working on our products and services, and your comments are always welcome. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Make sure the Fitbit app and your phone are up-to-date.

  2. If possible, log out from the Fitbit app.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
