App notification red dot won’t go away

I have had an Alta HR for a while. Within my app there is a red dot by notifications on the far right that shows a notification from a while ago that I can’t delete or click on. I have restarted the app, my phone, logged out and logged back in. The little red dot is annoying I would love for it to go away!!
