My Fitbit app has stopped working. It comes up to a blank page and then goes back to my home screen with other apps. I have gone to App store, researched on internet and in community here and have found no current solution nor an app available to download. Did something change? I have an IPad mini and it was working fine until a couple weeks ago., Thanks for any help.

It's great to see new faces around @dianeintn!
Thanks for your patience to this matter, we're currently working on it. In the meantime to download the Fitbit app follow these steps:
1. Open the App Store.
2. In the top-right search field, type "Fitbit."
3. If you do not see the Fitbit app in your search results, please tap "iPad Only" in the top menu bar and then "iPhone Only" from the dropdown menu; the Fitbit app should appear.
4. Tap "Free" then "Install" to install the Fitbit app.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for your reply. I removed my current Fitbit app and followed your instructions. When the Fitbit app showed up, it did not say FREE or GET. There was a cloud and I clicked on the cloud. It did download after the 2nd try, I entered my sign in and password and it is still as it was before. It opens and fitbit is across the top of a white page which stays up for about 30 seconds, then the fitbit window closes and goes back to my main IPad screen with all my other apps.
Is there a problem with the app itself for the IPad? As I stated before, it has worked for 2 years+ and all of a sudden just quit opening..

IPad Mini ist ob IOS 9.3.5, right?
I had the same Problem with iPhone 4S and IOS 9.3.5.
It was very instabile (i had to close it 4-5 times eyery time i wanz to sync.
After my Phone was waste, and I changed to the iPhone 5S on IOS 10.3.2 it works again.
If it the same Problem, you can syc it with PC or install a older Version via Sideload (But then you must reinstall it every week) or from a Backup.

@dianeintn -- I suspect you downloaded a third-party app from the iPad side of the App store. Fitbit does not make an iPad specific app, so you have to make sure you are looking in the iPhone section of the app store. Recopying @MaginB's third step above:
3. If you do not see the Fitbit app in your search results, please tap "iPad Only" in the top menu bar and then "iPhone Only" from the dropdown menu; the Fitbit app should appear.
The iPhone app will work on your iPad; the app store -- which defaults to iPad only apps, and lists third-party apps that may or may not work with your iPad -- just makes it a little hard to find the official fitbit iPhone app because you have to toggle from "iPad only" to "iPhone only."
Let us know how it goes.

I had the same problem - the fitbit app for ipad was a blank screen. I went into the Settings for the ipad and enabled Camera on the fitbit app. Now it is working fine! Something must have changed.
