My app is accurately reflecting my step count, but not matching active hours (shows zero when my Versa 2 has 7 or 8, for example), or showing any sleep data. Also isn’t showing when the steps occurred. I think it is showing distance and floors (although not positive about that).

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend trying the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
- Manually sync your watch: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?
