My App has suddenly apparently become 'no longer compatible with your Alta HR.' and only gives me the option when I open the app to click update, which takes me to the app store, where it appears to think it is up to date, because it just says open. I didn't want to delete the app and reinstall, because it says that I will lose my data?
I'm sure there's a simple explanation, but I'm in the middle of a family crisis and I need the watch to monitor my heart rate and now I can't see any details in the app at all..

Hello @SOxable and a warm welcome. You can delete the app, then re-install it without losing data.
