Hi
I cannot sync the weather to my Fitbit charge 3. It asks me to share location - however it doesn’t appear on the list of apps for me to do so, and doesn’t show as an option under the Fitbit settings either.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it made no difference. Can anything be done?

Do you have your phones location services enabled??
Maybe this post will help.

I have location services on - but Fitbit doesn’t show up as an app in the list for me to allow access to! When I look at Fitbit access options on its own settings, location isn’t provided as an update.
I have gone through the post suggested and followed through instructions - no difference. I have deleted the Fitbit app, removed the device, reset phone, Bluetooth etc but it makes zero difference.

@MikeTheBruce Have you tried either of the following? There is a feature on the app called MobileRun, a feature that can do GPS tracking if you don't have a GPS connectible device. Tap on your Exercise tile > the stopwatch. Set the toggle to track. If you tap on the arrow to start, you should get a pop up that will get your app linked with the location services. The other way to do this is to start a GPS connected exercise from your device. Your device will try to connect. You should get a pop up on your phone with the same kind of request.
These are back door ways in. The way is is SUPPOSED to work is that you are asked to enable location services when you download the app. I do not know why this fails from time to time.
