I have a Versa. When scrolling through the available clock faces, after a few scrolls (about 10 seconds) the screen starts to flicker and then goes blank. This happens when I try to look through "Stats Heavy," "Digital," "Analog," "Recently Added," and "All Clocks." (I've checked to make sure no updates are needed to my app).
Thanks for any advice/help...

Hi @Rkdisco and welcome to the forums! I’m not quite sure why this is happening, but I have a couple suggestions for you.
BTW, Good job trouble shooting and providing details of your issue! Please let us know if these ideas help.

Thank you for replying so quickly. I did as you suggested and the problem still exists. This has actually been happening from the beginning. (Around Christmas) I just happen to be online on this site and thought I'd throw it out there to see if anyone else has experienced this same issue. I had an app update for Fitbit today and was hoping that would work. I did not... Any other suggestions? I know this problem is not huge, but I do like to change my clock face periodically. I usually have to settle with whichever face I can get to quickly before the screen goes blank.

Hello @Rkdisco, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @SunsetRunner, thanks for all your help.
@Rkdisco, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, in case you haven't updated the Fitbit app, please do and then force-quit every app on your phone to check if the Fitbit app is still flickering when scrolling through clock-faces. If it is, let us know so we can check this further.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day!
