My app is showing i have new notifications but when i open there are no new notifications since Jan 15. I have tried turning Bluetooth on and off. I have tried turning phone on and off.

I have the same problem in the Fitbit App on my iPhone. It's annoying! I have even deleted the App, and re-installed it. Every time I click on the Fitbit App it shows two OLD messages. Any help you can give to delete these would be appreciated!

I am also having this issue. I have tried every trouble shoot suggested with no success. Is there anything else I can do ?

I have the same problem as well and have done all the same fixes. I guess it’s a bug of some sort.
