The apple app stopped working this morning. When I try to click on a categorie of the menu, nothing is responding. I closed the app and opened it again and it still doesn’t work. I have also tried to restart my phone and my watch (versa).
It happened after a long walk with the gps on. My phone battery died while I was walking.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Aj75.
Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue. I recommend doing the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
- If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
I'll be around if you need further help.
