App tiles not working on iPhone

Hi I got my Fitbit charge 3 yesterday set it up and everything was working fine. Today I have been on the app and I can’t access the apps exercise, sleep, food log when I press on them nothing is happening. It syncs fine but the apps won’t work. Can you help

@Kylie087 you have mentioned an app but haven't mentioned the device the app is on.

Hi I’ve got the Fitbit charge 3 and the app is on an iPhone 8 Plus

Mine is doing the same. I updated the app, restarted my phone too. I can see the main screen of the app, but can’t get into any of the categories.

Greetings,

I have the opposite happening to me. Up until my latest i/OS update which I did yesterday my Charge 3 was syncing fine with my phone. After the latest update, can't find the device to sync with. I'm not having any issues with the FitBit app itself.

@ChrisW123 you may want to remove the Fitbit app and install fresh.

I have the same issue, has been fine for the last month then just today but has started doing the same and not letting me select categories to go into.

Any ideas!??
