App unable to locate my tracker

I've had my FitbitHR for a month now and nothing but issues. First, it I got the VIOS2 messages. I had to reset the watch several times. Now it's saying it can locate my device. It's been going on for days. I don't think for the amount of money spent the device is with it. It also appears the company hasn't helped out much. Might want to pay attention to your customers. This certainly won't be a top Christmas present this year. Help!!

Sorry for the long delay! Robot Embarassed Do let me know if you're still experiencing the same issue. I'd like to work with you to find solutions for this! You might want to verify that your tracker has been updated to its latest version, that might do the trick!
