I can't seem to be able to log into my app on my iPhone.  It keeps telling me my username or password is incorrect.  I changed my password and it still won't let me log on.  I can log on from my computer; but not my iPhone.

I am getting this same error too, ever since I updated to 2.39.

Fitbit introduced 3 new products but can't fix this which has been going on since 8/15??? Not sure I'm interested in the new if they won't fix the old.

Same and it's getting annoying.

I'm having a similar issue.  Since the last update, my original flex no longer holds a charge for more than 2 days and the app logs me out daily.  This is clearly an app issue.

Thanks for the pat on the head and making

me feel like a complaining child......

You are the voice for a business that relies on consumers, that's us in case they forgot! If your product is no longer convenient and causes daily frustration that word will get out.  Expect sales to show this inability to fix your product issues.

Let's all stop placing our reviews on Fitbit site, it does not good, and place public reviews everywhere.  I bought mine at Best Buy - heading to their site now to warn people not to purchase a flawed product with bad software!

Yes, please fix asap!

Same problem really gets upsetting, especially when you are out and about.  Testing should have caught this, very poor QA.

I'm still having the problem, it's been two weeks. A friend of mine just bought a Fitbit but is so disappointed she hasn't been able to log in to her app to log any of her steps. She's already looking for different brands. Are you guys crazy? Fix this problem! Just go back to the old version if you have to.

I've only been logged out 3 times this week, but I never know what to expect when I open my app.

Not going to say anything snarky as I think the level of frustration--especially by those who are not only experiencing constant log-outs, but may not be able to log in at all--should be well appreciated by now.

But, I wonder if fitbit realizes how much this is hurting you with potential new customers--as well as the risk of losing long term loyal fitbit users. I overheard a conversation in Best Buy today and while the customer was really eager to purchase one of your new Alta trackers, her friend urged her to look at apple i-watch instead due to "instability" issues, which I'm assuming may be a reference to some of the problems discussed here.

I've been loyal to fitbit and introduced a lot of others to your products over the past several years. I hope that I can continue to feel good about that decision.  Your success (or failure) impacts us all. Please bring on outside expertise if you must to get this dealt with. It is no longer a matter of mere "patience" I'm afraid.

We are out of patience. I never had to constantly log in. Something changed that must be fixed.  Yesterday.

I mostly use wi fi. The problem for me is that it continually logs me out. Sometimes in the middle of a workout and I lose the data. I can always get back in, just a PIA. Previously I logged in from a device and that was it. Continual tracking from then on. I see it as an indication that they don't put much effort into iOS devices.

I am connected to wifi, still can't log in 😞

Same problem. The twist is, I cannot reset fitbit password either by using the iOS app (at welcome screen/login/send email to reset password) or on my fitbit profile settings "reset password" with pop-up that "email has been sent to reset password." NOTHING received at my email, despite repeated efforts on Dasboard or iOS.

Any update on this? My iOS app logs me out several times per day. It's extremely annoying.

This issue is probably killing your customer engagement and NPS. Please fix!

Turning on wifi doesn't work for me. In fact, turning off wifi makes it work sometimes. Other times, no. On Sunday, I could log in, but my Fitbit would never fully sync. It would just try to sync, over and over again, until the battery ran down.
