App won't accept password or username

My app wasn't syncing and I exited and then reloaded the app on my Iphone 6s.  Turns out it was the fitbit and I'm getting a new one, but now I can't get into the app with my correct username and password.  Both the username and password work on the website however.

I'm having the same problem! I can log on the website with Facebook but can't sign in on my iPhone!

In this case, please try to restart your password using the "Forgot Password" link on your mobile app. After resetting it, try to log in again. If you're still getting an error message, I would like to recommend getting in contact with our Support Team; let them know the steps you've performed so far and I'm sure they will be more than happy to assist you further.
