App won’t download on iPhone

My versa2 was playing up (not recording HR etc)so I restarted it, I also deleted the app, am now trying to reinstall but it won’t download onto my iPhone?

I am sorry to hear you're unable to download the Fitbit app on your iPhone. Thank you for your efforts and the additional details, I am here to help. I recommend restarting your iPhone and trying again to download the app.
