Recently got new iPhone15. Since then fitbit app won't finish loading on new phone or old phone. Had not yet linked to a google account. Have tried deleting and reinstalling app [version 4.29] but still won't open. Will automatically open my linked activefit account but fitbit app still shows as loading. Appreciate any advice as unable to sync data from my fitbit device

Thanks for sharing the steps that you've tried so far. This is odd and just to confirm, have you checked if there is a pending update for your iPhone 15? If not, please force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone to see if the Fitbit app opens this time.
If the issue persists, take a screenshot of the loading screen and attach it to your reply.
